We’re now five days post-launch and people are still discovering new problems with CD Projekt Red’s Cyberpunk 2077. It would seem that PC players using AMD CPUs are having problems with the sci-fi RPG. According to a post on Reddit from user BramblexD, the game doesn’t seem to recognise the logical cores on AMD’s tech, instead only seeing its physical cores. Translating from nerd to English, this means that folks using AMD tech are seeing considerable performance drops when playing Cyberpunk 2077 because the game is only using a fraction of the horsepower....

During today’s Ubisoft Forward presentation, the company revealed the first gameplay footage of The Siege of Paris expansion for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. A look at the content was shown in a re-cap video and starts around the 2:38 mark. Coming this summer, The Siege of Paris expansion adds a new region, Francia, and re-creates the Viking battle. In the DLC, Eivor will go on new quests and the character will form alliances across France....

Whether you find it funny or not, you probably can’t deny that High On Life is a pretty colourful and vibrant game. It has some pretty bold art direction, but according to a recent interview from Sky News with Squanch Games founder Justin Roiland, some of the art used in the game was made through AI technology. Roiland explained that High On Life used the popular Midjourney AI, a tool that can produce a wide range of images with varying styles....

Shortly after Horizon Zero Dawn was officially confirmed for PC, the game’s Steam page popped up. Apart from confirming that the Frozen Wilds expansion would be included, the page brought us no new information. That is until players noticed a suspiciously wide screenshot in the store page gallery. The screenshot has a resolution of 3440×1440, which is an ultra-wide resolution. The latest playable character coming to the Infinity Ward shooter is called Morte, and he’s somewhere between Italian special forces operator and – for some reason – a cowboy.
