Summer Game Fest 2021 will kick off that day at 11am PT, 2pm ET, 7pm UK, and last around two hours. Since Nigtdive still owns the IP, it doesn’t seem as though Tencent will be taking it over completely. The initial announcement from Otherside was rather vague, so, we’ll see what else we can find out and hopefully, any confusion will be cleared up. If you’re a fan of the likes of Life is Strange and Vampyr, you could do far worse than trying out developer Dontnod’s recent episodic adventure. The game made headlines back when it was announced for starring Tyler Ronan as the protagonist; the first transgender playable character in a game from a major studio. The full story was released in three episodes, on per week, so getting to play the entire first third of the game for free gives you a pretty decent whack of the story....
That said, Sony did list 10 PS4 titles that are not compatible PS5. The backward compatibility information page also stated that select PS4 games will benefit from PS5’s Game Boost, which may make current-gen games run with a higher or smoother frame rate on the next-gen system. It is also noted that some functionalities on PS4 may not be available on the new console and that some may even “exhibit errors or unexpected behavior” when played on PS5....

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate players will soon be able to try their hand at battling with Pyra when the character is released for the game along with Mythra. Originally featured in Xenoblade Chronicles 2 as main character Rex’s two-in-one ally, Pyra/Mythra reawaken in March. The duo are part of the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Fighters Pass Vol. 2, which also includes DLC fighters Min Min from ARMS, Steve & Alex from Minecraft, and Sephiroth from the Final Fantasy 7 series....
The next Call of Duty game won’t bring back jetpacks, at least according to veteran designer David Vonderhaar. Vonderhaar, who’s been Treyarch’s design director since 2004, was recently asked on Twitter - perhaps jokingly - to bring the feature back. “NO,” he replied to a Twitter follower. “Such short-term memories. You hung me from the highest branch. No. NO. I have PTSD,” he elaborated in a follow-up tweet. The style of advanced movement introduced in Treyarch’s Black Ops 3 is also the one Infinite Warfare used, giving birth to a trend that got Call of Duty fans to clamour for the days of “boots on the ground”, which lead to the return to WW2 and, of course, Modern Warfare afterwards....

While he has only created the first mission in the game, what Reubs created is super cool. He then shows a bit of gameplay, and a look at the vehicles, missions, and the finishing touches. Gameplay starts around the 5:50 minute mark. There’s some new stuff to be found too, like a quest that nets you something fans of the Netflix show might be happy to see.
